Can send or receive emails
Their site says all services are online and I am able to login fine.
Hmmm..... my email program is asking for my password and won't accept it. My Blackberry is asking me to modify my password and login in. I have made no changes to the system and was able to send email 5 hours ago.
Remove account and add again
Why would I have to do that. It's not working from my desktop or blackberry. Doesn't it sound like there is a systems problem at Apple?
Great, in an effort to fix the problem I changed the .mac account to .me in the preferences and lost all my .mac emails.
I don't get it. Now it looks like I'm going to have to drag my computer into a Apple store and see if they can fix it
Any idea how to retrieve my emails?
Problem solved. Talked with someone on chat and apparently Apple changed my password and my account was assigned to another person. She made some changed and we reset the password and now all works/

Enjoy? I don't enjoy that they changed my password and gave my account to someone else and that I wasted 2 hours of my time.
