I have a 2009 13" unibody MBP and yesterday it stopped being able to connect to my home network.
All the other computers in the house are fine connecting to the same network.
It says that airport is turned on, but it refuses to list the name of the home network on the list of available networks in network prefs.
I have tried everything I know and still no luck.
Is it possible that the airport is broken?
Can anyone please advise on what I might try to fix it?
Thanks

Do you have an AirPort unit, or another Wi-Fi router?

Another thing you can try (if you haven't already) select "Join other network" and manually type in your network name and password, and it should connect.

Also, a quick call to Apple never hurts if you are still stuck.
