When I bought my iPad(third generation) I purchased AppleCare+ with it. It does not appear on the agreement viewer but it does appear when I enter my iPad's serial code. Which one is correct? Is my AppleCare registered?

If you bought AC at time of purchase it should have been auto-enrolled.

You should be using the serial number of your iPad...You can find it in settings>general. Maybe you have been using the wrong number?
On the receipt for the iPad and AppleCare,there is something called "agreement number" under the AppleCare. I know my iPad's serial code.
