G gcortega macrumors member Apr 21, 2010 #5 No, it's not defected. I have an i5 2.4 and it lasted me a little under 5 hours after a battery calibration. Someone else posted another thread with the same concern. It's just how it is man..they tell us 8-9...but that really means 4-5. 🙁
