Is my battery stats fine?

It's well within the normal reporting error for batteries.

It will stay in the mid 90s for quite a while. Mine is about two years old with 160 cycles, and it is at 96%

Yep. It will fluctuate a bit.

Even while plugged in it'll stop charging at 98% or 99%. Don't worry about it.

You're alright. I got my MBP around May 2010. I'm at 236 cycles and the health of the battery is at 91%. With my previous Mac the battery health was really bad within its first year. Your Mac will actually let you know if your battery needs to be serviced by the Apple store. If so, Apple usually replaces the battery free of charge depending on what warranty you're under.
