Is my iMac dying?

I have an early 2007 white iMac running Mac OSX Tiger. Applications on it crash quite a lot, mainly Camino and Safari. And sometimes it just locks up and crashes when I'm browsing the web.

So is it far away from dying?

Doesn't sound like it's dying in a hardware sense. The os does sound like it has some issues. Try a clean install and see if it goes away.
