Is my iPhone 13 bent

Looks perfectly straight to me. Lay it face down on a flat surface and see if it rocks back and forth..
Hi, I also have a pretty bad OCD and this is how I examine if a phone is bent or not..
The easiest & quickest way is to look down from an edge to another like when you aim a rifle(or firearm).
Looks like yours is bent, but not seriously.
My Iphone 13 is also bent just like yours(out of the box which is very dissapointing & annoying)
Please look at the screen side(left) of the phone which is bent like a bow
To the people who say iphones dont bend easily and its user inflicted if it is bent,
Yeah, they don't bend easily, and this means that this kind of slight bends is unlikely to be user's fault.
Please keep in mind that factory defects happen and apple's QC is not perfect.
Most user inflicted bends(sitting on it / dropping) doesn't appear up like this, they usually bend in a very sharp angle or bridge arch-like which is very noticable.. not like this slight bow-like angle.
Its almost impossible to intentionally bend the phone to be like this. I've tried it. Even with good amount of force, the phone doesn't permanantly bend. If the phone recieves a stronger force, it will not just bend it will break.
This is obviously a FACTORY DEFECT & COSMETIC ISSUE, but it doesnt effect the phone's performance/usability. Also, its going to be pretty hard to convince apple's engineers inspecting the phone for service, because of how slight & unnoticable it is. Not to mention the users not as keen, won't even notice the bend.
I heard this kind of bends happen in the manufacturing process when the aluminium frame is heated up & cooled down. Same thing seems to happen alot more frequently in ipads, since they are bigger in size and has thinner frames.
Apple actually officially confirmed this is not a defect but a thing that just randomly happens and doesn't have to do with usability.
But as a said, I do have a pretty bad OCD and I can't stand it.
I paid hundreds of bucks for this and what I got is an unlucky bent edition while others get straight ones?
I'm thinking of changing my phone to maybe a pro model since this is usually not accepted as a defect(which is BS) and pro models seem to have much better Quality control standards...

Mine is also bent on the same side (power button side) even less than yours. The bend is so seamless that it looks like it came out like that only from the factory. I also have the starlight.
