iPhone is my iphone 3g DONE?

Guys everything was fine with my 3g but it had 6.15.00 BB so i decided to downgrade (i wish i hadn't done it) and now i can't get past PINEAPPLE "replacing kernel" thingy..... i can't restore with itunes because when it's about to be finished restoring it just hangs in there and never finishes..... can somebody help me?

iClarfied.com has a tutorial for both Mac and PC

Restore it, then reflash the iPad baseband, then do the downgrade until it works (takes a couple of times for some units)
