I got the iPhone 5 (with 2 year contract) on launch day and then got the Galaxy S4 on launch day (paying the early upgrade price, adding a 2 year contract). I'm selling my iPhone 5 and am wondering if it's unlocked now?

No, it's not. But since you used an early upgrade, you may talk to your carrier and see if they'll give you the unlock code.
