Is my iPhone 5 unlocked after buying the S4?

I got the iPhone 5 (with 2 year contract) on launch day and then got the Galaxy S4 on launch day (paying the early upgrade price, adding a 2 year contract). I'm selling my iPhone 5 and am wondering if it's unlocked now?
