Is my MBP screen alright?

Should I pay attention to the bright areas in the bottom?
Do they indicate that some of the brightening LEDs are malfunctioning?

Just noticed the bright spots which are visible with a dark background.
With a bit lower brightness and a brighter background, they aren't visible.

my older computers have that when the computers first turning on, and its all dark, but my new macbook pro doesnt but the other ones work fine, so i dont think its an issue.

Most notebook screens have a bleed of some sort, but that's very bad for an MBP. What version is it (when did you buy it)?

It's a brand new Unibody MBP.

I suggest you should take it to an apple store to have them look at it..

I have sent the picture to my apple contact person, and hopefully she will reply tomorrow. I live far away from an apple store.
