Is my MBP screen alright?

Should I pay attention to the bright areas in the bottom?
Do they indicate that some of the brightening LEDs are malfunctioning?

Just noticed the bright spots which are visible with a dark background.
With a bit lower brightness and a brighter background, they aren't visible.

my older computers have that when the computers first turning on, and its all dark, but my new macbook pro doesnt 🙂 but the other ones work fine, so i dont think its an issue.

Most notebook screens have a bleed of some sort, but that's very bad for an MBP. What version is it (when did you buy it)?

It's a brand new Unibody MBP.

I suggest you should take it to an apple store to have them look at it..

I have sent the picture to my apple contact person, and hopefully she will reply tomorrow. I live far away from an apple store.
