Is My New Macbook Dented?

Hi everyone!

I bought a new macbook of which model is 13.3 inch. After purchasing the notebook i noticed rather minor starches/dent on my notebook but i am nevertheless not sure whether this a dent or not. Henceforth i wonder if this is a scratch or not. I request your standpoint.
On the one hand, the bottom case does not lay on the flat correctly and there is little gap on the left bezel side on the other. Can all of these issues be neglected?

In spite of a scornful/pejorative judgment, i would like to ask whether this is a scratch or not. What are you thinking as to this case?

I'm having difficulty identifying any damage from those pics. That said identifying a bent frame can readily be done with a straight edge ruler. You may want to get yourself a case and or sleeve to help alleviate future damage. For a skin case I recommend Moshi iglaze, doesn't show scratches, clasps don't break as easily as some other brands.

Why are you taking pictures and asking if something is a scratch? How can you not figure that out for yourself?

And if you aren't sure if something is a scratch... why do you even care?

Even if there is a little scratch, I wouldn't worry too much about it if it's not impacting the performance of the laptop. It's not terribly noticeable, so I would leave it be
