Hello,
I just got my MBP delivered today, but the outer packaging (paper box by the shipping company) was seriously damaged with a big hole (10cm in length). The enclosed MBP box itself also has a mark, not too deep. Do you think there would be any damage done to MBP, and if I should contact Apple?
Thanks.

I would definitely inquire about that even if its just cosmetic. Getting something delivered with a huge gash in it is B.S. and unacceptable in my opinion.

Thanks, I heard from Apple they used UPS for delivery. I doubt UPS would accept the responsibility if I contact them, perhaps I should ask Apple to get in touch with UPS?

Go into an Apple store if possible they will swap it straight away and please do something about it... I would definitely want a perfect one (and I did)
