I take it out of my pocket and it doesnt wake up, its was 50% charged.

Its been jail broken for a about two months no problem. No new programs installed.

I tried plugging it to itunes also holding the power and home button. Nothing happens. Any suggestions?

The same thing happened to my phone. I tried everything, but had to get a replacement at apple.
I also tried DFU mode but nothing happened.

If I go to the apple store what will they do, and say if they are unable to get it to power on?

If it is under warranty, you'll probably get a new one. If it's out of warranty, you can pay for a replacement.

Your jailbreak would have nothing to do with your problem it sounds like a hardware issue. Bricking by jailbreaking is very difficult Really only through improper unlocking.

They will replace it if it's still under warranty.

When I took mine it, they checked for water damage (none), then took it in the back to open it up. They basically confirmed that it was effed, and gave me a new one. More of a hassle than anything else. I live about 80 miles from the closest apple store.
