It says it is, but wondering if it's slower/etc compared to factory? It's MUCH cheaper!
It is just fine- no difference in performance.
Just as the previous poster said works perfectly. I am running 32GB of OWC RAM in my imac right now - no issues and running at correct speeds.
Now if someone can tell me difference between migration assistant and time machine ...
I have 16GB of OWC RAM in my 2010 27" iMac and I haven't had any problems at all.
Migration Assistant is used to move data from one computer to another. Usually you would run it on a new machine when you unbox to move data from your old computer to the new one.
Time Machine is Apple's built in backup software.
32gb owc ram here running at 1600 and no issues
