Is Paperdesk app dead ?

Hi everybody,

I'm using the Paperdesk app since years on an old Ipad and on an Ipad Air.
This app encountered a lot of issues after the ios 8 installation.
Now Paperdesk is completely blocked with ios 9.

I would like to get back all my files but how can I do that ?
Is it possible to go back to ios 8 ?

If anyone knows how to solve my problem, thanks a lot to reply.
