Is Photostream working for everyone but me?

Just curious. Have an iphone 4 (ios 5) and iphoto on my imac with 9.2 update. They each register their own photos in a photo stream but the -- er-- stream aren't crossing.

Is this just an overwhelmed server issue? If not, can anyone think what I might be doing wrong?

Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions.

My photos took a couple hours to completely sync between devices. I believe the server is overwhelmed at the moment.
