iOS Is possible to generate & view PDF (or htmls?)

I want a reporting functionality for my app.

I wonder if is possible to have something like the django template engine & built a PDF then view it.

For the info I get on google, look like view a PDF locally is not possible, then my other alternative is create a local .html.

Any info from where I can start to doing this?

Creating HTML (css, Javascript) locally, and feeding it to a UIWebview is easy. Several apps do only that as nearly the entire app.
