Is RAID setup back to diskutilities in the final release of 10.11???

so, is it finally back, or not? I did not switch to 10.11 yet, i´m still in good ol and safe Yosemite, gotta make sure of all these not so little details first.
 
I noticed it... Gonna keep the yosemite usb bootable drive at hand then...
