Is Reeder 3 still available on the App Store?

I’m confused. The developer says that now that the new Reeder 4 is out, version 3 will remain available on the App Store.

I have v3.1.2 installed right now, and according to the App Store there is an update pending (3.2), however, when I press the “update” button it says the app doesn’t exist.

???
