Is return in store possible?

Hey guys,

I just ordered a backpack for my retina 15 inch mcbook pro and the bag and received it today. It's just much smaller than it looked on the website. Is it possible to return the item at any of the apple stores around city?

it didn't always use to be this way, but yes you can.

I wasn't able to return the refurbished MBPr in store. They asked me to follow the RMA process.

However, the new one I ordered online was accepted right away.

In the uk you can't return an online edu purchase via a retail store, you need to do it via the courier.
