Is screen jittering part of touch disease?

I got a replacement from Apple and when I scroll down screen it jitters.

Yea I had touch screen unresponsiveness already with a swap just thought this might be part of it

unfortunately its sporadic...I cant get it to happen all the time. I am just afraid it is going to get worse aftermy warranty is up in 90 days.
