I haven't read anything about it, so anybody know if this thing has been done?. At least on my Touch 5g, it would be GREAT. I'm always on the street, so i have to turn off siri to have the voice control, and when i'm in a place with wifi it's sooooo anoying to turn siri on.

    Thanks!

Why do you turn off Siri in the first place?

Ehmmmm, to use the voice control! Siri doesn't work without wifi (3g on a iPhone)

Well it doesn't switch when there's no connection. You just have to go to Settings > General > Siri to do it.

As soon as you turn Siri off.

Obviously. They want to know if Siri automatically turns off (and switches to Voice Control) when you have no WiFi or 3G.

No. Hmm.. I guess there's no reason why they couldn't do it..

Nope, Siri still doesn't automatically switch to Voice Control or have any offline features :( I'm still getting "Sorry, I can't take any requests at this time," when I'm not connected to the Internet.
