Is Snow Leopard 29$ only in USA?

So, I tried Mroogling and there was no thread about this, yet. Finland's page says nothing about price but USA's page says 29$ for Leopard users

The non-US prices will probably be set closer to the release date. Setting them now would leave Apple holding a huge amount of currency risk.

Okay, but are they close to 29$ or do we have to pay the full 129$ price? I don't care is it 29€ or 49€ but I don't want to pay 129€.

Most likely they will be close to $29 + local taxes.

Hopefully the price is similar to the UK - if you bought a Mac since June 8, it's about £8, and likely an upgrade from Leopard will be about £30
