Is something amiss with my optical drive?

Look at the attachment. According to the chipset for my Optical Drive, the negotiated link speed is 1.5 Gigabit, as opposed to 3.0 Gigabit the HD bay is reporting. I plan on sticking a SATA II in the Optical Drive, would this matter? I assume this wouldn't affect performance, and the negotiated link speed would shoot up to 3.0 Gigabit once the SSD is installed.

Thanks. So a SATA II SSD like the Samsung 470 would not be report a negotiated link speed of 1.5 Gigabit if I were to install it in the Optical Bay?
