Is Talkster a good/cheap plan for europe?

i just ran across talkster as a phone plan while traveling in europe. has anyone tried it? does it work on the iphone?
i will be getting calls from the US and makinglocal calls.

I'd look at Skype since it was just released. Their rates are among the best I've seen anywhere.
