It looks like an original but I can't say 100% because the markings on the model sold in Canada would be different from the markings in other parts of the world.

Good luck. I think it is authentic. I looked at my adapters and they both have slightly different markings even though both adapters came with brand new 15" MacBooks I bought from the Canada Apple store about 1 year apart.

If you want a second on that - your picture is the same as "MagSafe" as on my adaptor for a 2006 MBP 15"
