First of all, I apologise in advance if this is a duplicate thread, this is my first post here and I want to make sure I'm making the correct decision in which phone to buy.

So I'm going to buy an iPhone 6s, or 6s plus, and I was wondering if the 1080p display of the 6s plus is noticeable in comparison to the younger sibling, 6s. (this isn't the only reason I'm opted towards the 6s plus, I also would benefit from the larger battery life.)

Thank you in advance!!

Kim
I would say they are noticeable when side by side but both screens are pretty good in their own right. I've had the iPhone 6 for over a year and not once have I felt the screen is inferior. I am too busy using the device and not thinking too hard about screen differences. :)

Honestly. Yes. I put my iPhone 5s and 6s plus together and I did notice a difference. As soon has you try the 1080p screen, it will be difficult to go back to anything smaller

The 6s+ actually has more pixels than a normal 1080p screen, which is the. downscaled to 1080p. This will give it extra sharpness.

The resolution is fine on the 6s for the size of the screen and I am unable to make out separate pixels, which suits me fine.

Not quite true. I won't get into it hugely here, but the Plus line of phones have exactly 1080p displays. They feature very normal 1920x1080 displays. The OS renders higher than 1080p and then it's downscaled to fit the 1080p screen.
