iPhone 12 Pro Is the 12 the cutoff for 1:1 Upgrade?

Correct, every year the major US networks will usually give you full trade in for the price of "credits" over the course of a few years. I think the "cutoff for the full credits towards a new phone was the Iphone 11 last year, making the 12 the cutoff this year
