Is the 2.2ghz MBP from Amazon shipping with the new power adapter?

Hi,

If you recently bought a 2.2ghz MBP from Amazon, did it come with the new power adapter? (The new one is square and the older one is rectangular.)

Yes it is, I bought mine on Aug21st, it was built in the 2nd week of Aug (amazing how fast they turn around these things). It got the new power brick, but the strange thing was it didn't have iLife'08 installed, instead it included it in the dvd.

BTW, is the $150 rebate still running?

Yes, the $150 rebate is still running. When you say iLife '08 was included in the DVD, do you mean as a drop-in or as part of the system discs?
