is the 2010 mbp interior the same as 2009?

good morning all east coasters in the usa . i was wondering if the 2009 unibody mbp has the same interior build as the 2010? i've tried looking around for interior pics of the 2010 model to see where exactly the hard drive is cause i tend to knock my knee into my mbp sometimes whenever i adjust myself when laying out on my couch or lounging around etc. from the 2009 model, i can tell the hdd is on the bottom left corner. im just dreading accidentally damaging or scrapping my hdd when i do so.

That's upside down because you can only remove the bottom so it's in the right bottom corner when in use
