is the 4S, 5S or the 6S Plus better?

Pretty obvious that the 6S is the better phone. It has much higher specs, larger screen, etc. etc, although my favourite is the 5S.
No, but it is in this case. The iPhone 6S is better than any previous phone, except for the design part.
Yeah, it was, but the 5S still remains my favourite phone design.
Can I like all three for different reasons?
4S - last one introduced by Jobs.
5S - bought in Spain
6S - because it's the latest and greatest/128GB.
3GS - my first iPhone so close to my heart
4 - retina display
4S - Siri
5 - 4" screen and my favorite design
5S - touchID
6/6+ - began my daily torment of which size is better for me

Jobs did not introduce the 4S. He passed away the day after the keynote and did not officiate the keynote, nor did he attend it. If you look at replays of the keynote, you'll see an empty "Reserved" seat in some shots. It's been speculated that this seat was reserved for Steve, either symbolically or in case he had the strength to attend.
The last iPhone Steve Jobs presented was the iPhone 4.
I am interested to see what they do for the iPhone 7. I'm hoping for something totally new. I consider the iPhone 6 to be somewhat derivative of the iPhone 5, not a total rethinking as the iPhone 4 was.

The 4S was announced the day before he died, though. My iPhones are going to be worth even less when Apple bring out the 7. It'll be interesting to see what they do, though.
As far as screen size goes, the 4S. But with the rest of the specs I wouldn't want to use one today if I had another choice.
Nope, it's very old by this point in time. It it was all I could afford it would still be usable, but I wouldn't get anything older than the 6 right now, maybe the 5S because the smaller screen size is a lot nicer, but at this point I don't think that advantage makes up for the age of the phone.
I wonder if iOS 10 will support the 4S and the 5S. Will be interesting to find out.
5S probably, but it will be slow. As for the 4S not too likely, and if it does it will be painful to use.
