Is the 87W MBP Adapter Discontinued?

Looking everywhere for an 87W adapter for my 2019 15" MBP and nobody has them. Did I miss the memo?

Looking everywhere for an 87W adapter for my 2019 15" MBP and nobody has them. Did I miss the memo?

It's been replaced with the 96W version for the same price. There's no reason not to get the 96 rather than the 87.

Thanks -- just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to blow out the machine with the wrong adapter.

Not to worry, the laptop will draw what it needs, it's not the adaptor pushing out a flat 96w pedal to the metal. In fact, you can use the 96w on any Apple USB-C device, even an iPad Pro if you really wanted to.
