I was thinking of getting midnight blue with my space grey.

Also, is the leather better? Pros and cons?

Thanks.

I have one. I love mine. Good grip, decent amount of space above the screen, snug fit and feels sturdy. I recommend.

Sadly, I disagree with the above poster about "good grip" -- I find it is too slippery, even moreso than the bare phone itself. With the case on, the phone sloooowly slides through my hand when I hold it upright. (I also think the phone remains too hard and thin with the case on, and isn't comfortable to hold; but that's a matter of opinion.)

My last phone was a 5c; the silicone case for that model was thick and soft, and offered a great grip. The phone felt very secure and comfortable in my hand. Not so with the 6s case.

I've been looking for a thicker / more "grippy" case -- unfortunately, the two others I've tried made it very difficult to use the phone's power button, so I returned to the silicone case each time. The search continues...

The silicone grip is always the best one. It feels really secure in my hand and it doesn't add much padding to the size. I've also used it on my itouch, same good experiences
Yeah I never had any slipping issues. Maybe check one out at Best Buy and see if you like it.

Silicone is good for grip however over time, it becomes loose and peels off more easily. Not to mention attracts lint and dirt. Leather is a better choice as it looks more premium and overtime the wear adds a rustic look. I do not use leather though because I love my phone too much to risk drops. (leather and silicone are less protective against drops)

personally, after few weeks my silicone case feels different, like a 'cream'' and become more slippery...

Silicone case survived a ten foot drop on youtube. But yeah thats only in that specific test but would think that proves its good for 4-6 foot drops

I wouldn't even risk a 2ft with my phone. Sorry to the silicone lovers out there

Finally someone who feels the same about the silicone slipperiness. The sliding through the fingers/hand was exactly my experience. I returned it to the Apple Store. The lady asked me why I was returning it out of curiosity. She looked at me like i was a crazy person when I said it was too slippery.

I also notice the silicone change... at first it had a ''grip'' after 2 weeks it become very slippery...
feels like a "hand cream'' (I never used with any cream on my hand...) maybe it's the texture of the new silicone?
IMO the silicone case to be very slippery and weird.

FYI, I switched to a basic clear TPU case from Staples, which I like a lot more -- it has the "grip" I was expecting. (Doesn't seem like it would offer much protection in a drop, but I'm ok with that...)

Just the opposite for me. I like how the silicone cases add just enough friction in my shirt pocket to keep my iPhone from slipping out accidentally. And I don't find it slippery in my hand. Smooth, yes. But not slippery.

I just returned mine for the apple leather case for my 6s plus in saddle brown color. I liked my midnight blue silicone, but found it a bit annoying how it gets stuck in my jeans pocket sometimes. It got quite a bit of lint on it too. Too bad it's quite pricey, or else I would have kept it along with the leather case.
