No and No.
SBS7Ti has DLC coating, it is hard to scratch but not impossible and you cannot "buff" them out once the "natural" Ti is visible ... I seem to recall a post here, might have even had a photo

The Black Titanium watch is virtually scratch proof. I had one, and there was never any visible scratches on it. If you force it against a sharp object it will scratch the coating off though. But in the gym, or doing most sports you shouldn’t notice a thing. It’s a very beautiful watch, but if you don’t know it’s Ti, then you would think it’s plastic. The “brushed” layer is practically invisible, unless it‘s under a very bright light.
I have posted pictures of one in my previous comments, try looking at those pictures.

Nice thanks
It was really beautiful. I liked the look, Ave didn’t kind, because I’m more of a subtle person, but i can imagine a lot people didn’t like that it either looked too much like plastic, or that people would think it was el the space grey aluminum.
It’s a lot like the ceramic edition. Everyone thought it was plastic.

I did too! But 99% of people didn’t know that it was ceramic. I’m sure most people thought it was a knock off thing i got online lol

It came a few very minor nicks they say it can be removed from a black titanium iphone. Im really liking this I just bought a space blk ss series 5 44mm as well. The black titanium really sets itself apart is in direct sunlight vs the black aluminum. Imho compared to the sb ss their in a league of their own

Congrats!
I would be careful using whatever technique folks use to “buff” the black Ti iPhone frame, different Ti grade and the watch has DLC coating. Do your research first.
My S7Ti still has AC+, and the edition watches came with 3 years of that. I assume you bought used, and if you know the seller, ask them about it. AC+ can be transferred

I doubt you can "buff" the DLC coating on the SBTi series watch.
Thanks I only paid 300 for it tax and shipping included overall for the price the way it looks and and the price of other Blk 45mm Blk titaniums
