Actually LP and vynal's are more accurate reproductions of the original simply because CD's are sampled at a lower rate therefore LP's actually sounds 'better' in the end.

I might be half deff, but since CDs and mp3s came into existence I no longer hear any better audio in any other format. Maybe like in movie theaters (or a home theater) sound is more "pure" but it hardly make a difference... at least to me.

But yeah. Love blurays, especially the quality of them.

It comes to down to picture quality and audio quality. And extras.

Streaming services are getting "Better" but still don't compete with Blu-ray and UHD Blu-ray quality. And if you have a larger screen and/or good speakers (i.e. home cinema), you'll only get the best movie experience from the discs, not to mention all of the extras and bonuses that make a great release. Netflix, etc. does a lot of compression. Even "4k" video, which is possible, must be streamed at a high rate and popping a disc in in much easier. And none of the streamers give you uncompressed high res movie sound (Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD).

To give you an idea of how much movie-lovers require the highest fidelity. Just read the reviews found at places like this: http://www.avsforum.com/category/blu-ray-reviews/

but paying $10 for a month of netflix is much more affordable than paying $10 for 1 movie. I guess it all depends on how much money you have.

here is a question, does a 4K stream looks better than 1080P bluray?

You and others might find these short demonstrations interesting. In their order of being posted (the third one immediately begins relatively loudly with a Green Day song, so adjust volume before starting):
