iPhone 14 Pro Is the dynamic island on the new iPhone 14 Pro good for one handed use?

I like to use one hand but it seems like in the online reviews most people are using 2 in order to utilize dynamic island.

That leads me to wonder if dynamic island is a 2 handed feature, mostly

Ouch...I don't find it that hard but deifnitely not something I would want to do all day multiple times a day!
