It's interesting how many of us wish there were more customization options on the iPhone with each of the changes that they make.

I have no problems with reading the text.

Nor me.

I suppose after two betas that used the same font, we all have to get used to a new one. The bold text is odd at first but I got used to it. I actually make the text one point smaller in accessibility settings - felt like my phone was shouting at me! :)

I'm slowly getting used to this font again, but the messages app looks like crap now. Settings app looks worse, but definitely not as bad as messages

With beta 1 and 2 we had people complaining the font was too thin and caused eye strain now with beta 3 people are complaining its too thick and they had no problems reading the thinner font. Just shows that its impossible to please everyone. I'm not sure what all the font preferences are in settings but it would be nice to set them when first installing iOS 7 (same with contrast and motion). Hopefully someone is getting that feedback to Apple.

The old font was pretty, but I had to strain to read it. The new font isn't as pretty, but I can actually read it (thank you!) without giving myself a headache. Function has prevailed over form, at least in this case.

As Rogi suggested, Apple could add an option during setup that allows a user to pick the font that best suits their eyes. That would let younger folks with perfect vision choose the pretty font that many of us older folks find difficult to read.

I'm finding a hard time believing all these people calling the beta 3 font ugly. Maybe it's my eyes, but it looks the same to me as the beta 1-2 font, I wouldn't have noticed the difference if all the blogs weren't talking about it.

If we had never seen the beta 1-2 font, would people be complaining about the beta 3 font?

But we did see it, and some really took to it, it's a sublet but significant change. The new font is like the guy who walks into the room with way too much after shave on.

Make sure to get these suggestions to Apple (I'm not a developer and am not using iOS 7). With the font change its clear they are listening to feedback.
