Check ifixit.com. I don't think there is glue on the display.

There is no glue on the screens at all. Screen is fixed via screws to the frame.

Well the glass is attached to the iPad body via some adhesive. it can be removed by heating it up around the edges (above, beneath, right and left) of the LCD (where it is either black or white)
