Was going to get it but the wife wants it. I'll be getting the standard white this time around.

I do think the Gold looks very nice though.

I was going to get a gold but they confirm it would have the white face. I don't want a white face. A black face allows the screen content to be the focus and not appear washed out. I had a white 3GS but when the 4 came out, went black to keep the face black.
A black and good phone would be awesome.
