Hi All, As I understand it, (correct me if I'm wrong) the Retina MBP pushes 4 physical pixels for every 1 pixel on screen. Because it's native resolution is 2880x1800 and most games can't be played at that (for performance reasons), how is the up scaling handled say if you're playing at 1440x900? Is the graphics card driving 1440x900, or does the GPU still have to drive 2880x900 regardless of what resolution you have set in the game? Or is the LCD handling the upscale regardless of what resolution you have set in game? I apologize in advance if this has been asked a million times, however I've tried searching and can't find anything that answers my question definitively.
