Is the iPad Pro the 1st generation Apple TV?

1. It is as big as the 1st TV I owned.
2. The new sound system is excellent.
3. I could hang it on my wall and watch video and television shows.
4. It is so thin! If there were no battery and no touchscreen how much thinner could it be?

Could we be seeing the first Apple TV?
