Is the iPhone 4S model "iPhone 4,1"?

Was just thinking about this after seeing the AppleTV3,1 found in the iOS5 GM. The iPhone 4 was model 3,1 and I think the CDMA iPhone 4 was 3,3. Was there ever any talk about "iPhone 4,1" or something different being found during iOS5 testing? Just curious anyway..

I remember 3,2 and 3,3 were found a year ago, and one of them ended up being the cdma iPhone 4.

I guess it could be 3,3.
