Is the iTunes store down?

Anyone else having issues going into the iTunes store? I just got a new iphone (replaced by Vodafone), and I cant activate it because iTunes wont connect.

Waited another 20 minutes, then I closed and re-opened iTunes, and now its working. Thanks for getting back at me though!
