The keyboard is also a good opening to suck in dust.
I recently opened my MBP and found quite an amount of dust, but I also work in a dusty environment.

How long do you have to actually go inside and clean it?

What did you mean by that?

Like do you actually have to open the case and go inside to clean it?

Don't worry. You don't even need a mini fan. the computer is PERFECTLY capable of cooling its with out help. Also, why do you want time making these threads? Do you want your post count to go higher? Heres a nice hint. www.google.com go to www.google.com, and type in your questions. You will find an answer there. Once again its www.google.com

In a normal environment you would really be surprised how much dust will collect inside. Over time it will make the laptop fan work harder and harder to cool down the machine.

I opened my early 08 MBP after 2 years to upgrade the HD and found almost no dust. The keyboard and speaker grilles are sealed so no dust gets in there, in fact, the biggest opening for dust to enter was the RAM cover and I could see the dust build up there. A bit of dust in the fans but no big deal. I don't think you need to be concerned about dust.
