Is the Magic Trackpad crippled on Windows?

I use W7 exclusively on my iMac. Does it have the inertia scrolling?

It probably works the same way that the trackpads on the MB(P)s don't.

It works, as a trackpad, with Right + Left Click, but hand gestures are not supported on Windows.
