Is the MBP 13" worth it over the Macbook?

The Extra 200$ are worth it
The Backlit keyboard is pretty good, even if you think you won't use it you will and it's a really nice gadget, The Alu Body is way better than that crappy plastic from the MacBook's they have a better resale value because they don't get so used over time

yes, especially when I've found two places selling them brand new for $999 if you or someone you know lives in the KC area.. Microcenter & Nebraska Furniture Mart are on sale.
Texas also has Microcenter. But the macbooks are normally on sale too for either 849 or 799, I cannot remember which.
Regardless, the MBP is the better buy.
Alas im stuck in the UK where we get rather ripped off by apple, and tbh id rather buy straight from apple anyway, less hasle
