Is the pedometer broken in 8.3?

It's under tracking for me, I know how much i'm walking and the phone used to correctly show that, now though since 8.3 it isn't tracking right.

I assume you mean the pedometer in the Health app? I didn't notice any change. It still seems pretty accurate for me.
