Just wondering if anyone had seen any experiments or statistics comparing durability for the Pro to the Pro Max iPhones? I can find anything empirical, just anecdotal. Seems like there could be data about the number of repairs on the Pro vs Pro Max or similar. Also, I can’t seem to find any rankings of phones based on methodical testing, rather than ‘it didn’t smash from head height’.

physics would dictate that the bigger, heavier device has more kinetic energy when it makes impact and is more likely to shatter the glass

Smaller & lighter weight = "more durable" on a measurable level. But practically speaking, if you can break one you can probably break the other 😉
